Guidelines

Please use the abstract template

• Abstracts should be submitted in English.
• The full names and institutions of all authors must be clearly stated.
• Contact information of the presenting author (email address) must be added.
• Presenting author should be underlined.
• Abstract text (excluding references) must not exceed 250 words.
• At least one of the authors must register for the conference. Only abstracts with registered authors will be included in the program.
• Maximum of 1 abstract per presenting author.
• Name of abstract should be: Last Name_Subject Poster.
• Each abstract will undergo a peer review process and seven abstracts will be selected for an oral presentation by a selection committee.
• A maximum of 50 abstracts for poster presentations.
• Poster dimentions should correspond to portrait A0 format (vertical display).
