Seven abstracts will be selected for oral presentations. If needed due to space constraints, we will also select poster abstracts. Decisions will be communicated before November 2.

Abstract Guidelines

Please use the abstract template

Abstracts should be submitted in English.
The full names and institutions of all authors must be clearly stated.
Contact information of the presenting author (email address) must be added.
Presenting author should be underlined.
Abstract text (excluding references) must not exceed 250 words.
At least one of the authors must register for the conference. Only abstracts with registered authors will be included in the program.
Maximum of 1 abstract per presenting author.
Name of abstract should be: Last Name_Subject Poster.
Each abstract will undergo a peer review process and seven abstracts will be selected for an oral presentation by a selection committee.
A maximum of 50 abstracts for poster presentations.
Poster dimentions should correspond to portrait A0 format (vertical display).
